This is a majestic, queen of smoothies. The acai berry is rich in antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins and minerals making it a very healthy fruit.
NOTE: One cup of orange juice equates to roughly 4 – 5 blood oranges, squeezed.
- 1 cup blood orange juice
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 ½ tsp raw honey (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp acai powder (optional)
- Pinch sea salt
- In a blender, whizz until smooth.
