NOTES: Try substituting the frozen blueberries for raspberries or strawberries.

Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp hempseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. Serve at once.
