a dairy free refreshing easy sorbet

It would be hard to create a simpler and more luscious dessert. When served at the table, I love the way this sorbet glistens in candlelight…but of course, it means that you have to hold back from eating it straight from the blender.

You can use a teacup or mug as a measure for this recipe if you don’t have measuring cups.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 4

1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen cherries, pitted
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of ground cloves

METHOD
1. Place the fresh fruit into the blender and add the frozen berries and cherries on top.
2. Blend with the vanilla extract and pinch of ground cloves until smooth.
3. Serve straight away.
