Cream of Celery & Dill Soup

Yield: 1 serving
  • ½ ripe avocado, peeled and stone removed
  • 1 cup celery juice
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp dried tarragon
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • A good pinch of salt
  1. In a blender, whizz all of the ingredients until smooth and silky.
  2. Warm the soup into a saucepan until it is just warm to the touch.
  3. Serve in a warmed bowl.
