Ingredients
  • 3 apples
  • 3 inches cucumber
  • 1 – 2 sticks of fresh lemon grass
  • 1 stick celery
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 inch lemon, rind on
Method
  1. Push all of the ingredients through your juicer.
  2. Adjust the amount of lemon grass if you would like a more pronounced flavour.
