Ingredients
  • 1 cup carrot pulp
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp raw honey or agave
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • 2 tbsp raisins
Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Pile the mixture into ring moulds to serve.
  3. Decorate with chopped pistachios.
  4. For best results, serve at once.
