a delicious fresh green juice recipe to start your day
Start the new year by being good to your health with a daily green juice to keep you alkalised. Green juice can lower your bodies pH levels and is the perfect antidote to all the acid forming foods that we can consume over the festive season.

Only use the skin of the lemon if it is organic and unwaxed. If you are unsure on the provenance of your fruit and vegetables you can peel them to ensure they are pesticide free. If you cannot peel them wash them in a dilution of water and apple cider vinegar.

- 5 apples, chopped
- 2 stalks celery
