Weekend ESSENTIALS | Christmas

If you have been eating clean foods all year, but you’re worried that with the festive season fast approaching you’ll be tempted by traditional cooked foods that might taste good but will leave you feeling bloated and lethargic, then this weekend essential class is for you.

It’s true that most people could use some help over Christmas, but you can inject some healthy luxury into your experience over the festivities without feeling that you are missing out.

During the Christmas Weekend Intensive you will learn how to make delicious food using a juicer, food processor, blender and optional dehydrator.

You will make some warming drinks and learn the art of creating a raw plant-based gluten free sweet short crust pastry for mince pies, two different recipes for an alternative festive lunch, dairy free ice cream and a classic range of desserts including a Christmas pudding ice cream bombe, Christmas cake and Yule log and raw chocolate truffles. These are recipes which you can use for the festivities year after year.

Lunch is provided on this course, and you will take home your mince pies, Christmas cake and truffles in patisserie boxes.

During the weekend programme, you will have your own workstation and equipment for a full hands on experience and each course includes a Deliciously Raw Culinary School Tote bag with goodies for the festive season and a folder of notes to take away.

Vegan, raw and plant-based. Places limited to only 4 people per course.

  • Butternut squash and sweet potato soup with molten parmesan swirl
  • Nut roast with celeriac puree
  • Chocolate truffle torte with prune and cinnamon ice cream
  • Christmas pudding ice cream bombe
  • Chocolate and cherry roulade yule log
  • Christmas cake
  • Chocolate truffles

Refund Policy: The first 20% of the course fee (s) is deemed as a non-refundable deposit and will be payable in the event of the participant cancelling their place on the programme. For an 80% refund, cancellation must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the programme. For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the start of the programme. For a 25% refund, cancellation must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. If a participant cancels within 1 weeks of the start date of the programme, the total payment is non-refundable.
