If you are interested in learning more about raw plant-based foods, are looking for some fresh inspiration or would like to kick start some healthy habits by eating totally raw and plant-based whilst learning how to create some inspiring new dishes, then this two day Essential course for a Fresh Start is for you.
It will disprove that eating a high raw diet means living on salad alone.
The workshop explores equipment in the raw food kitchen, ingredients and superfoods in the raw food pantry, green juices, dairy free milks, shakes and smoothies. We will make some inspiring recipes for breakfast and lunches and delicious treats and desserts.
This is a hands on experience using equipment such as high speed blenders, masticating juicers and dehydrators. You will also learn about creating flavour using anaerobic fermentation which is great for good gut health.
This is a guide to the activities that will make up your course. The final recipes will depend on seasonal availability.
Vegan, raw and plant-based. Gluten-free and dairy-free.

Refund Policy: The first 20% of the course fee (s) is deemed as a non-refundable deposit and will be payable in the event of the participant cancelling their place on the programme. For an 80% refund, cancellation must be made at least twelve weeks prior to the start of the programme. For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made at least eight weeks prior to the start of the programme. For a 25% refund, cancellation must be made at least four weeks prior to the arrival date. If a participant cancels within four weeks of the start date of the programme, the total payment is non-refundable.
