If you are interested or curious about raw foods, or would like to kick start your health by eating totally raw and plant-based for a weekend whilst learning more about raw food as a cuisine and how to create some inspiring new dishes, then this weekend essential is likely to be top of YOUR wish list.

This weekend essential is here to disprove that eating a high raw diet means living on salad alone.

During the weekend you will learn about equipment in the raw food kitchen and the different ingredients you could expect to find in the pantry. You will learn the principles of making delicious green protein rich juices using a masticating juicer, the art of creating dairy free milks for shakes and smoothies, recipes for breakfast and lunch, delicious treats and desserts. You can have a hands on experience of using equipment that you would expect to find in a raw food kitchen such as high speed blenders, masticating juicers and dehydrators. You will also learn how to sprout mung beans and lentils without any fancy equipment.

During Fresh Start, you will have your own workstation and equipment for a full hands on experience and each course includes a Deliciously Raw Culinary School Tote bag with goodies and a folder of notes to take away. Places limited to only 4 people per course.

Lunch is provided on this course, and you will be able to take home all the treats you have made.

A typical weekend could include:

Refund Policy: The first 20% of the course fee (s) is deemed as a non-refundable deposit and will be payable in the event of the participant cancelling their place on the programme. For an 80% refund, cancellation must be made at least twelve weeks prior to the start of the programme. For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made at least eight weeks prior to the start of the programme. For a 25% refund, cancellation must be made at least four weeks prior to the arrival date. If a participant cancels within four weeks of the start date of the programme, the total payment is non-refundable.
