Get ready. Entertaining with raw food just got a whole lot easier.

Entertaining with raw food doesn’t have to be stressful. Relaxing over a plant-based raw meal with family and friends should be a delight but all too often we are daunted by the complexity of getting everything ready that we forget to have fun and relax.

Most people think that making restaurant quality raw food requires a lot of time and expensive equipment. No so. Using just a blender (optional juicer and dehydrator but these aren’t at all necessary)  – and some clever technical know-how, in this one day course you will make a four course meal to demonstrate to friends and family how delicious and elegant raw food can be. Emphasis will be placed on planning, plating techniques, tips on serving and simple style ideas to WOW your friends who may be skeptical about ‘your diet of carrots’.

The meal will be entirely raw, plant-based and free from refined sugar, dairy and gluten.

On the menu:

  • Appetiser: Green apple and spinach soup, fennel cappuccino
  • Entrée: Celeriac linguine, sun-dried tomato and basil pesto, truffle cream, olive crumb, fermented pickled shiitakes, mushroom tea
  • Dessert: Chocolate ganache tart, vanilla ice cream, cherry sorbet
  • To finish: Bitter chocolate fudge

This is a guide to the activities that will make up your course. The final recipes will depend on seasonal availability – but it will be 100% delicious and elegant.

At the end of the day you will enjoy the most delicious four course meal which you have prepared with the other participants – and you can box up any leftovers to take away.

Refund Policy: The first 20% of the course fee (s) is deemed as a non-refundable deposit and will be payable in the event of the participant cancelling their place on the programme. For an 80% refund, cancellation must be made at least twelve weeks prior to the start of the programme. For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made at least eight weeks prior to the start of the programme. For a 25% refund, cancellation must be made at least four weeks prior to the arrival date. If a participant cancels within four weeks of the start date of the programme, the total payment is non-refundable.
