The Weekend Essentials intensives are a great way to have a practical experience of making deliciously raw plant based food and to find out more about the range of ingredients in the plant based kitchen.
You can spend a weekend exploring how to make a whole range of foods whether you are interested in delicious desserts, fermented foods, tree nut cheeses, menus for entertaining, seasonal food or food for special occasions. You can also learn about a whole range of ingredients and sharpen up your presentation skills. See the menu below for the Weekend Essentials courses that are running in the next few months.
During each course you will have your own workstation for a full hands on experience and each course includes a Deliciously Raw Culinary School Tote bag with goodies and a folder of notes to take away. Places limited to only 4 people per course.
